Easy-to-make brownie bites with a fudgy texture and creamy peanut butter cups.

- 1 18.5 oz brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 30 Miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups (from a 10.5 oz bag)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Mix the brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil together in a bowl until well combined.
- Fill each mini muffin well about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 16-23 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the peanut butter cups by unwrapping them while the brownie bites bake.
- Assemble by pressing a peanut butter cup into the center of each brownie bite right after they come out of the oven.
- Cool completely in the pan for about two hours.
