Description

Cool off this summer with these simple and refreshing watermelon ice pops made with just three ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups watermelon, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Start by chopping 4 cups of fresh watermelon into chunks.
  2. Place the chopped watermelon into a blender.
  3. Slice a lime in half and squeeze the fresh juice into the blender.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mix.
  5. Blend everything together for about 1 minute until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture through a sieve into a bowl to strain out any pulp.
  7. Fill 6 ice pop mold bags with the watermelon mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion when they freeze.
  8. Freeze for at least 360 minutes or until completely solid.

Notes

Using chilled watermelon will enhance the freshness of the pops. Adjust the honey to your desired sweetness.
