A bright and refreshing treat perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.
Ingredients

- 3 cups organic seedless watermelon, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup organic cucumber, peeled
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed organic lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 3–4 tablespoons raw light-colored honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 3 cups ice cubes made from filtered water or coconut water
Instructions
- Prep the watermelon: Start by cutting away the rind and chopping the flesh into 1-inch chunks. For the best results, freeze the watermelon chunks for a few hours or overnight.
- Prep the cucumber: Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds and discard them.
- Blend it all together: Add all of your prepared ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until everything is combined and slushy. If the mixture is too thick to blend, simply add a small amount of filtered water or coconut water to help it along.
- Serve immediately: Pour your mixture into glasses right away, and enjoy!
Notes
For best texture, consume the slushies immediately. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, but the texture may change.
