Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a mixing bowl. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness and stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes to thicken.
- Grab clear cups or jars for layering. Add a layer of chia pudding, followed by diced watermelon, and a layer of yogurt.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with yogurt on top.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with additional watermelon or chia seeds.
