Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a mixing bowl. If desired, add maple syrup for sweetness and stir well.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 15 to 20 minutes to thicken.
  3. Grab clear cups or jars for layering. Add a layer of chia pudding, followed by diced watermelon, and a layer of yogurt.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with yogurt on top.
  5. Serve chilled, optionally garnishing with additional watermelon or chia seeds.
