Description

Celebrate with these delightful Red, White, and Blueberry Mini Trifles, perfect for gatherings and sweet indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 3.5 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 cups milk
  • 12 oz angel food cake, cut into cubes
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 1 package blueberries
  • 1 package raspberries
  • 1 package strawberries, sliced thinly
  • 1 package blackberries
  • 9 oz mini plastic cups

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, make the pudding according to package instructions.
  2. Add a thin layer of pudding into each mini plastic cup, just enough to cover the bottom.
  3. Next, add a layer of fluffy angel food cake cubes.
  4. Follow this with a thin layer of whipped cream.
  5. Toss in a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Repeat the sequence of pudding, cake, and whipped cream layers until your cups are filled to the top.
  7. Finally, crown each cup with a generous topping of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  8. For best results, store your trifles in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
