- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam or fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the base.
- Spread raspberry jam or fresh raspberries evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the raspberry layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow them to cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy the goodness!
