- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Combine pineapple and topping: Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until well-combined.
- Assemble the bars: Spread the pineapple mixture over the crust in the pan, making it as even as possible.
