Description

These delightful Pineapple Bliss Bars combine the tropical sweetness of pineapple with a creamy filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for warm weather.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  2. Make the filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Combine pineapple and topping: Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and whipped topping until well-combined.
  4. Assemble the bars: Spread the pineapple mixture over the crust in the pan, making it as even as possible.
  5. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut and serve: Once set, cut into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve chilled on a platter garnished with fresh mint leaves or shredded coconut. Consider adding a drizzle of chocolate or serving with vanilla ice cream.
