Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup diced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in diced peaches, oats, and pecans.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  8. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
