- 36 Golden Oreos, crushed
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups Cool Whip, divided
- 1 package (3 ounces) Strawberry Jello
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing the crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan and chill.
- Make the cream cheese layer by beating together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip and spread over the crust. Chill again.
- Prepare the Strawberry Jello according to package directions and let cool slightly. Pour over the cream cheese layer and add sliced strawberries. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Top with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with extra strawberry slices if desired. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and allow the Jello to cool before pouring it over the layers.
