- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan to form a crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the orange juice and orange zest to the cream cheese mixture, folding gently until combined.
- Spread the orange cream mixture over the graham cracker crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
