A refreshing No-Bake Mango Panna Cotta, perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet treat any day.
Ingredients

- 400 g mango flesh
- 200 g milk (for blending with mango)
- 20 g lemon juice
- 200 g milk (for gelatin mixture)
- 30 g sugar
- 20 g gelatin sheets
- Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until softened, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Blend the mango flesh, 200 g of milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- Heat the 200 g of milk with sugar until warm (not boiling), then add the softened gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Combine the gelatin and milk mixture with the mango purée, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves before serving.
Notes
This dessert can be made gluten-free and dairy-free with suitable alternatives.
