- 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- Mix the Biscoff cookie butter, crushed Biscoff cookies, powdered sugar, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Form roughly a tablespoon’s worth of the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Coat each truffle in melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Add sprinkles or crushed cookies on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Final chill for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
