Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • Optional: Sprinkles or crushed cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix the Biscoff cookie butter, crushed Biscoff cookies, powdered sugar, and salt until a thick dough forms.
  2. Form roughly a tablespoon’s worth of the mixture into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Coat each truffle in melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  6. Add sprinkles or crushed cookies on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Final chill for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
