Ingredients

- 1 sheet of homemade puff pastry
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a floured surface and cutting it into 4 circles.
- Place the circles into greased tartlet pans or muffin tins.
- Mix honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small bowl for the glaze.
- Layer cream cheese slices on each puff pastry circle, then top with sliced peaches.
- Drizzle the honey glaze over each tart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lovely finish, dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
