A tropical twist on the classic Italian dessert, featuring layers of mango puree and creamy mascarpone cheese.

- 2 cups mango puree
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Combine the mango puree and lime juice in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Mix the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl and beat until thickened with soft peaks.
- Soak the ladyfingers in orange juice briefly, then layer them in a dish along with half of the mango mixture and half of the cream mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
Notes
Garnish with fresh mango and lime zest for added flavor and presentation. Best enjoyed within three to four days.
