Description

A delightful and refreshing layered dessert made with mango, yogurt, chia seeds, and mixed berries.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Granola or crushed nuts for layering
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango and yogurt: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Mix chia seeds and berries: In a separate bowl, mix chia seeds with the mixed berries and sweetener. Let this sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Layer the parfait: Grab serving glasses and start layering the mango yogurt mixture and berry chia jam, sprinkling granola or crushed nuts on top.
  4. Repeat layering until your glasses are full.
  5. Garnish and serve: Optionally garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.

Notes
