Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  2. Build the Base: Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a clear trifle dish or large glass bowl.
  3. Make the Key Lime Filling: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Whip the Cream: In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Layer It Up: Begin layering by adding half of the key lime mixture over the prepared crust, followed by half of the whipped cream and half of the sliced strawberries.
  6. Repeat: Add the remaining graham crumbs, then the lime mixture, whipped cream, and strawberries.
