Description

A refreshing summer salad featuring grilled peaches, crunchy walnuts, and creamy feta cheese, dressed with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the peach halves for about 3-5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and they become slightly softened. Once done, remove them from the grill and let them cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the salad greens with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
  3. Slice the grilled peaches into wedges and add them to the salad.
  4. Sprinkle the salad with crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts.
