- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill the peach halves for about 3-5 minutes per side until grill marks appear and they become slightly softened. Once done, remove them from the grill and let them cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the salad greens with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until everything is well coated.
- Slice the grilled peaches into wedges and add them to the salad.
- Sprinkle the salad with crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts.
