- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray (as needed)
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese: Start by letting your cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare the blueberries: Gently rinse the blueberries under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
- Add the blueberries on top of the cream cheese, drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle ground cinnamon.
- Fold the tortilla in half, pressing lightly to secure the ingredients inside.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat with butter or cooking spray.
- Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve by letting it cool for a minute and cutting into wedges.
Notes
Try adding powdered sugar or whipped cream for garnish. Serve with a refreshing drink.
