Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare the ramekins with grease and cocoa powder.
- Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth.
- Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
- Combine the melted chocolate into the egg mixture gently.
- Add the flour and a pinch of salt, and fold until mixed.
- Divide the batter into the ramekins, filling them 3/4 full.
- Bake for about 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is soft.
