Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth.
  3. Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.

  6. Divide the batter into the ramekins, filling them 3/4 full.
