- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press it into the bottom of a greased muffin tin.
- Mix together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, egg, and baking powder until smooth.
- Fold in the PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder and frozen strawberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crusts in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let them cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
