Description

Delicious cheesecake bites packed with protein, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press it into the bottom of a greased muffin tin.
  3. Mix together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, egg, and baking powder until smooth.
  4. Fold in the PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder and frozen strawberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crusts in the muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Let them cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
