- 1 package gluten-free chocolate cookies
- 2 cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cherry juice or syrup (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer the gluten-free chocolate cookies at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the cookies, then add a layer of cherries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with additional cherries or a drizzle of cherry juice or syrup before serving.
Notes
