Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add hazelnut spread, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
- Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
- Scoop a generous amount of dough, flatten it, and add a dollop of hazelnut spread in the center. Fold the dough around it.
- Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet, leaving space for them to expand.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
