A quick and easy no-bake dessert blending tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with sweetened condensed milk.

- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Combine the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped nuts (if using), and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined and sticky.
- Shape small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for at least 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy once firm!
Notes
Drain the pineapple well and don’t skip the chilling step for best results. Experiment with different mix-ins for added flavor.
