Description

A quick and easy no-bake dessert blending tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with sweetened condensed milk.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, chopped nuts (if using), and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until well combined and sticky.
  3. Shape small portions of the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Chill the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve and enjoy once firm!

Notes

Drain the pineapple well and don’t skip the chilling step for best results. Experiment with different mix-ins for added flavor.
