Description
A no-bake, layered chocolate bar with creamy strawberry filling and pistachio topping inspired by Middle Eastern flavors.
Ingredients
200g white or milk chocolate (good quality)
4 tbsp pistachio cream or butter
5–6 fresh strawberries (blended or finely chopped)
2 tbsp cream cheese or condensed milk
Optional: rose petals, cardamom, edible gold leaf
Crushed pistachios for topping
Instructions
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt half the chocolate and pour into the pan, spreading evenly. Chill for 10 minutes.
3. Mix the strawberry layer: combine chopped strawberries with cream cheese (or condensed milk).
4. Spread the strawberry mixture over the set chocolate base.
5. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour on top, smoothing out evenly.
6. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and any optional toppings.
7. Chill until firm (30–60 minutes), then slice and serve.
Notes
Use a spoon or spatula to keep layers clean and even.
For a firmer texture, freeze for 10 minutes before slicing.
Try adding a touch of rosewater or orange zest for depth.
