Ingredients

- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping
- 1 (16 oz) can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Mix the strawberry gelatin with boiling water until fully dissolved.
- Add 1/2 cup of cold water to cool down the mixture.
- Fold in the whipped topping, drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, chopped strawberries, and sour cream.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated and have a fluffy consistency.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or until set and fluffy.
Notes
Serve chilled and garnish with fresh fruits for added color.
