Description

A refreshing no-bake Filipino dessert layered with ripe mangoes, creamy goodness, and crunchy graham crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream (or heavy cream)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mangoes: Gently wash and peel them, then slice thinly, setting aside some for topping.
  2. Whip the cream: Chill the cream for 24 hours beforehand, then whip until soft peaks form and gradually add sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Layer your dessert: Start with a layer of graham crackers, followed by cream and mangoes, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  4. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for best flavor.

Notes

Garnish with fresh mint or serve with extra mango slices for added flavor.
