Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Assemble the cookies by flattening the dough, adding cheesecake filling, and rolling it into a ball.
- Bake cookies on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
