Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  7. Assemble the cookies by flattening the dough, adding cheesecake filling, and rolling it into a ball.
