- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (for the caramel)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dark dairy-free chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a tart pan to prevent any sticky situations.
- Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into the tart pan evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- Whisk together the coconut cream, almond butter, and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until smooth.
- Pour the caramel over the cooled crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the dark chocolate and pour it over the caramel layer, spreading it evenly.
- Chill again for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
