Delicious homemade Blueberry Cream Cheese Bars that combine creamy, fruity, and sweet flavors in a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the melted butter, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt to form a crumble. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  7. Let it cool before slicing into bars.
