- 2 cups blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Mix the melted butter, rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt to form a crumble. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool before slicing into bars.
