Description

Crunchy, salty mini pretzels dipped in creamy white chocolate, then topped with festive sprinkles or crushed candy. A quick, cozy, crowd-pleasing snack or gift.

Ingredients

Scale

10 oz mini pretzels (or pretzel rods)

8 oz high-quality white chocolate (bars or melting wafers)

1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed candy canes, chopped pistachios, flake salt

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.

3. Stir until fully melted and silky.

4. Dip pretzels halfway or fully into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

5. Lay coated pretzels on parchment-lined tray.

6. While still wet, add sprinkles or toppings.

7. Let sit at room temperature until fully set (about 30 minutes).

8. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.

Notes

For best results, use real white chocolate instead of chips.

Add crushed freeze-dried fruit for a fresh pop of color.

Great for holiday gifts, brunch boards, or sweet snack trays.
