Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the creamed mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving enough space between each cookie to allow for spreading.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until they are golden brown around the edges.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
