Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, adding nuts if desired.
- Gently fold in dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Once firm, lift out of the dish and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate chips. This fudge can be customized with other mix-ins like nuts or different dried fruits.
