Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, like pecans or almonds)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, adding nuts if desired.
  4. Gently fold in dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once firm, lift out of the dish and cut into squares to serve.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free white chocolate chips. This fudge can be customized with other mix-ins like nuts or different dried fruits.
