Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract to combine.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for around 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
