Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract to combine.
  6. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan for around 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
