Description

Delightful vanilla cupcakes that are fluffy and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until combined.
  8. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  9. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
