- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 6 ounces fresh raspberries
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Instructions
- Thaw the pastry for about an hour until pliable.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Make the egg wash by combining egg and water.
- Cut the pastry with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
- Arrange the cut pastries on a lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Mash raspberries with half of the sugar.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then add vanilla and remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold mashed raspberry mixture into whipped cream.
- Fill pastries with raspberry whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate and drizzle over cream puffs.
- Garnish with Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Chill for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!

Best served cold. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
