- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside.
- In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg to the butter-sugar mixture and blend well until incorporated.
- Gradually incorporate the flour mixture and cocoa powder, mixing just until combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed pistachios.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months.
