- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries with lemon juice. Gently stir and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture looks crumbly.
- Place the mixed berries into a baking dish and spread them evenly. Top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt. Can be made ahead of time for convenience.
