Description

A simple and scrumptious dessert made with a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries topped with a crunchy, buttery oat mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries with lemon juice. Gently stir and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture looks crumbly.
  5. Place the mixed berries into a baking dish and spread them evenly. Top with the oat mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt. Can be made ahead of time for convenience.
