- 2.5 TBS Sugar
- 1 TBS Cornstarch
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until big bubbles form.
- Sprinkle in the sugar and mix until tiny bubbles appear.
- Add the cornstarch and mix until the egg whites reach stiff peaks.
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming into a loaf or mound.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store Cloud Bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Add vanilla or cocoa powder for flavor variations.
