Description

Light and fluffy Cloud Bread that’s gluten-free and low-carb, perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2.5 TBS Sugar
  • 1 TBS Cornstarch
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites with an electric mixer until big bubbles form.
  3. Sprinkle in the sugar and mix until tiny bubbles appear.
  4. Add the cornstarch and mix until the egg whites reach stiff peaks.
  5. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming into a loaf or mound.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
