Description

Delightful Thai Mango Sticky Rice Crispy Treats blend classic crispy treats with tropical mango and coconut flavors.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice cereal
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup mango puree
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Gently mix in the coconut milk and mango puree until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the rice cereal and shredded coconut, pouring the melted marshmallow mixture over the top.
  4. Stir until well coated and mixed.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  7. Drizzle with coconut sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
