A quick and easy recipe for moist and flavorful banana bread made in an air fryer.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
- Combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and sugar until everything is nicely blended.
- Add the beaten egg, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan, making sure it’s evenly spread.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
- Let it cool before carefully removing it from the pan.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, and try with butter, fruits, or nut butter for variations.
