Description

A quick and easy recipe for moist and flavorful banana bread made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  2. Combine the mashed bananas with the melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract and sugar until everything is nicely blended.
  4. Add the beaten egg, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Stir until you have a smooth mixture.
  5. Gradually add the flour, stirring until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan, making sure it’s evenly spread.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
  8. Let it cool before carefully removing it from the pan.

Serve warm or at room temperature, and try with butter, fruits, or nut butter for variations.
