Description

Delightful dessert rolls combining strawberries and cheesecake flavors in a fun sushi-style format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream, making sure not to deflate it too much.
  3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla, creating a nice even layer.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the cream cheese layer, followed by a generous amount of chopped strawberries.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly to form a sushi roll, making sure the filling is packed in.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces, and place them on a serving platter.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving to add that extra special touch!

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe strawberries. Can be made ahead of time; store in the refrigerator wrapped well.
