- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream, making sure not to deflate it too much.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla, creating a nice even layer.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the cream cheese layer, followed by a generous amount of chopped strawberries.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a sushi roll, making sure the filling is packed in.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces, and place them on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving to add that extra special touch!
Notes
