Delicious Strawberry Oatmeal Bars made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base.
- Spread the chopped strawberries evenly over the base.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and enjoying!
Notes
For best results, let the bars cool completely before cutting. You can also add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
