Description

Delicious Strawberry Oatmeal Bars made with wholesome ingredients, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base.
  4. Spread the chopped strawberries evenly over the base.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture on top of the strawberries.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and enjoying!

Notes

For best results, let the bars cool completely before cutting. You can also add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
