A light and refreshing no-bake dessert made with layers of whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and graham crackers.

- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow the cake to set.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the cake set overnight. Use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor and texture.
