Description

A light and refreshing no-bake dessert made with layers of whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow the cake to set.
  6. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the cake set overnight. Use fresh ingredients for optimal flavor and texture.
