Description

Chewy, fruity, and wholesome strawberry granola bars made with oats, nut butter, and real strawberries. Perfect for breakfast or snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup diced strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)

1/2 cup peanut or almond butter

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chia seeds


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.

2. Warm peanut butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth.

3. In a bowl, combine oats, salt, and strawberries.

4. Pour warm mixture over dry ingredients and stir to coat.

5. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or refrigerate 2 hours for no-bake.

7. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • Use freeze-dried strawberries for a concentrated flavor.
  • For vegan bars, replace honey with maple syrup.
  • Store in fridge up to 10 days or freeze up to 3 months.
