  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2.5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and optional nuts into the cake batter.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
