Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the instructions on the package.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and optional nuts into the cake batter.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberry cake batter and swirl gently.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
