These soft and chewy Strawberry Cookies are bursting with sweet strawberry flavor, complemented by white and dark chocolate chips.

- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can help maintain the cookie shape.
