- 6 cups corn pops (or any puffed corn cereal)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Food coloring (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1 cup pretzel twists or mini pretzels (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fun food sprinkles or edible glitter
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil, and microwave until melted and smooth.
- Pour the corn pops into a large bowl, add mini marshmallows and pretzels, and drizzle the melted white chocolate over everything, folding gently to coat.
- Spread the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and sprinkle with edible glitter or sprinkles.
- Let it set for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate if in a hurry.
- Once set, break into clusters and enjoy or package as gifts.
