Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini pretzels

  • 1 cup chocolate candies (M&Ms or similar)
  • 1 cup dried fruit (cranberries, apricots, or raisins)
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Pop the Corn: Start off by popping your popcorn. You can use an air popper or go old school with the stove-top method. Toss the fluffy kernels in a large mixing bowl, checking for any unpopped kernels.
  2. Mix It Up: Toss in the mini pretzels, your choice of nuts, chocolate candies, dried fruit, and optional toasted coconut flakes. Mix well.
  3. Add Flavor: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter or coconut oil with vanilla extract. Drizzle over the snack mix and toss to coat.
  4. Seasoning Time: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the mix for balance.
  5. Chill Out: For extra crunch, spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, or enjoy immediately.
