Instructions
- Pop the Corn: Start off by popping your popcorn. You can use an air popper or go old school with the stove-top method. Toss the fluffy kernels in a large mixing bowl, checking for any unpopped kernels.
- Mix It Up: Toss in the mini pretzels, your choice of nuts, chocolate candies, dried fruit, and optional toasted coconut flakes. Mix well.
- Add Flavor: In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter or coconut oil with vanilla extract. Drizzle over the snack mix and toss to coat.
