Description

S’mores Cookie Cups are a fun and easy dessert that combine graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow fluff into delicious cookie form. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate bars (broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until well combined.
  5. Press a spoonful of dough into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a base.
  6. Place a piece of chocolate on top of the dough in each cup, then add a spoonful of marshmallow fluff.
  7. Top with more dough, covering the marshmallows.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Excellent with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a glass of milk or hot cocoa.
