S’mores Cookie Cups are a fun and easy dessert that combine graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow fluff into delicious cookie form. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate bars (broken into pieces)
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until well combined.
- Press a spoonful of dough into the bottom of each muffin cup to form a base.
- Place a piece of chocolate on top of the dough in each cup, then add a spoonful of marshmallow fluff.
- Top with more dough, covering the marshmallows.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing them from the muffin tin.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Excellent with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a glass of milk or hot cocoa.
