Description
This Simple Churro Cheesecake is a party-perfect dessert that combines cinnamon-sugar churros with creamy cheesecake filling. Easy, budget-friendly, and always a hit!
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Optional: chocolate syrup, caramel drizzle, or powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Press one can of crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom of the dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over dough.
4. Unroll second can of dough and place on top of filling.
5. Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon. Brush melted butter on top dough and sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Chill before slicing for clean squares.
Tastes even better the next day as flavors settle.
Keep refrigerated up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
